Volunteer as a Children's Writer
Joshua Project has lots of content about people groups and especially about the unreached.
However, very little of that content appeals to a younger audience. We’d like to see the text come alive for the little ones. As an added benefit, those for whom English is a second language may benefit from the style that is more suited to their language level.
Help the next generation catch the heart of God for the unreached peoples of His world.
Skills needed:
- Writers must demonstrate skill in writing that is clear.
- Writing style understandable for young readers or non-native English speakers.
- Source text already exists, so there is no need to do much research.
- However, some research may be necessary in order to discover information that would be particularly interesting to young readers.
