Introduction / History

The Bindili people group live in four villages in the Nuba Mountains in the state of South Kordofan Sudan.

What Are Their Lives Like?

Growing sorghum, sesame, peanuts, and a few other vegetables the Bindili also raise long horned cattle, sheep, and hardy goats for meat and milk.

What Are Their Beliefs?

Though all the Bindili people identify as Muslim, they still practice tribal religion.

What Are Their Needs?

The chief asked for support in building primary and secondary schools, improving water sources, and establishing health facilities.
